Shipping & Returns


All orders will be processed within 24 to 72 business hours (excluding Weekends and Holidays). For customers that request USPS priority shipping options: These orders will be processed within 24 business hours (meaning Monday to Friday, we are not open Saturday to Sunday). So this means that just because an order is placed on Monday (including weekend orders), we may not ship it until Tuesday. Please also keep in mind that weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do not count as business days, nor do certain holidays. All shipping days are based on business days. This means a Priority ordered on a Friday will not ship until Monday or Tuesday.

We offer USPS shipping options. The 'Priority Mail' option with time frame listed is not a guaranteed delivery time. And all orders are affected by when they are placed. If our postman has already come and gone, we have to ship on the next business day.

Note: Please keep in mind that order fulfillment times are based on product availability, we will contact you if any items are not readily available for further information from you. Also, keep in mind that if an order is received after USPS pick up, it will be processed for shipment on the next business day.


Important International Shipping Information!

For our international customers, shipping on the website is via USPS. If you wish to use another shipping method please contact us at pesquestions@peselectro.com to place your order and get estimates on shipping. 

Please note that we are not responsible for customs or duties.

  • Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
  • P.E.S., Inc. does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
  • If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
  • We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs.
  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS/CREDITS FOR SEIZED ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNED TO US
  • Packages returned as unclaimed or refused which have incurred returned shipping charges will be billed to your credit card.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges:

P.E.S. Electrodes & the Current P.E.S. Power Box carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor, with a receipt. Current Power Boxes, only, may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee, if dissatisfied. Clearance Items, Videos, and, due to their personal nature, all other items are non-returnable. No Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges will be accepted on P.E.S. Electrodes or Accessories. Do not send in any repairs or returns without first contacting customer service for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
