One of the more recent additions to Paradise Electro Stimulations' Tubular Line of Electrodes, the P.E.S. Electro-Flex Tubular Rings offer two different sensation choices.
The P.E.S. Tubular Base Ring is designed to stimulate the very root of the penile shaft, acting as a focus for intense stimulation in combination with other electrodes.
Baby brother to the Tubular Base Ring, the P.E.S. Tubular Mid-Ring is designed to stimulate at various different points along the penile shaft, giving a balancing effect to the stimulation when used in combination with various different electrodes.
Please Note:If you do not already have aP.E.S. Power Box(which comes with two pairs of Low Profile Leads), you will need at least one pair ofLow Profile Leads(one pair connects two single pole Electrodes or one double pole Electrode).
The Low Profile Leads are needed if you are going to use this product with a different power source than the P.E.S. Power Box.
The Base Ringacts as a focus for the Erotic Electro Stimulation (EES) being delivered to the Electrode being used in circuit with the Base Ring. For example, when used with the P.E.S. Prostate Stimulator, the Base Ring intensifies the sensations delivered to the prostate. The Base Ring is designed to be used at the root of the penile shaft, behind the scrotum around both the penile shaft and scrotal sac, in a very similar manner to an ordinary cock ring.
Constructed of our Electro-Flex™ tubing with a brass connection point that allows the Ring to be opened up for application and adjustment for each individual, the Base Ring is a very versatile electrode.
With the Base Ring, some recommended product combinations might be as follows:
For intense prostate stimulation, the Base Ring could be used in conjunction with the P.E.S. Prostate Stimulator or for those who prefer more size, either of our single pole P.E.S. Electro-Flex™ Anal Plugs.
To create a more focused sensation at the tip of the penile shaft, try the Base Ring in combination with any of our P.E.S. Corona 'Cockhead' Stimulators.
You might also try the Base Ring with our Electro-Flex™ Penile Rings to intensify the sensations at the base of the penile shaft and through the scrotum.

Note: Due to its placement on the penile shaft, it is not recommended to use the Base Ring in conjunction with either the P.E.S. Testicle Tubular or Scrotum Electrode.
The Mid-Ringbalances the Erotic Electro Stimulation (EES) being delivered along the penile shaft when used with Electrodes of similar size; such as the P.E.S. Corona 'Cockhead' Stimulators; delivering fairly even sensation from the head of the penis to the point at which the Mid-Ring is applied. The Mid-Ring is designed to be used at any point along the penile shaft, in front of the scrotum. It can be applied at the base of the shaft, at any point along the shaft, or even beneath the coronal ridge.

With the Mid-Ring, some recommended product combinations might be as follows:
For balanced stimulation of the penile shaft from the head, the Mid-Ring could be used in conjunction with any of the Corona Stimulators in a 2-Electrode Configuration or perhaps with the Deep Throat with Slim Jim for a 3-Electrode Configuration.
With either the Sparkler or Big Boy Sparkler inserted urethrally, the Mid-Ring could be placed at various points along the penile shaft to create different sensations.
It can also be used with the Testicle Tubular for stimulation from the scrotum to the point on the penile shaft where the Mid-Ring is placed.
One might also try a 3-Electrode Configuration using the Mid-Ring in circuit with a Rectal Pacifier on Channel A & the Tubular Base Ring on Channel B by itself.

Note: This is an example of how it is set up on the P.E.S. Power Box. This configuration may not be possible with other power supplies.
Like all P.E.S. Electrodes, the P.E.S. Tubular Rings require the P.E.S. Power Box in order to function, and are open to extensive experimentation with regards to how you wish to configure them. P.E.S. Low Profile Leads are sold separately for those who already have a power source.
Please note that the single pole Tubular Rings require a second Electrode in order to function.

The P.E.S. Tubular Base Ring and Mid-Ring Electrodes are made of our conductive silicone elastomer, Electro-Flex™. These are adjustable single pole Electrodes designed to allow for individual fit, comfort, and placement.

These Rings are constructed with a brass connection point that allows the Rings to be opened up for application and adjustment for each individual. As adjustable Electrodes, they can be trimmed** to provide a better fit.
The Tubular Base Ring and Mid-Ring are single pole Electrodes and as such cannot be used alone. They require a second Electrode in circuit with them in order to function properly. Keep in mind that some configurations may only work with the P.E.S. Power Box.
Separate the tubing on the Ring from the connection point.
Moisten the connection point and the end of the tubing using your mouth.
Place the open Ring around the shaft where you wish to place it. (Note: The Base Ring is intended for placement at the very base of the penile shaft behind the scrotum.)
Pull the two sides together and reconnect the tubing to the connection point.
Lubricate the Electrode and the skin under the Electrode. (Unlike our other Electrodes, DO NOT lubricate these Rings or the area to stimulate prior to application. Lubricate generously after you have applied the Electrode. Be sure to get plenty of lubricant in the areas under the connection point (and behind the scrotal sac with the Base Ring) to avoid possible hot spots.)
Rotate the Electrode so the connection point is on the topside of the penile shaft.
**Note: Trim extra tubing from the Base Ring or Mid-Ring only if fit is too loose. DO NOT trim unless you have first assured that it is necessary. You want the Electrodes to be snug, but keep in mind, if it they are applied before erection, there will be some tightening as you become erect. So DO NOT trim until you are sure. When trimming the Electrodes, it is recommended to measure the circumference of the area they are to be applied to. Measure tightly and compare this measurement to the actual circumference of the Rings before trimming once you have ascertained that you need to trim. Trim small pieces off. You do not wish to over-trim.
Due to their design, the Tubular Base & Mid-Ring should only be used with our Low Profile Lead technology. Use with other leads may cause damage to the Electrodes or they may not function properly.
As these are tubular Electrodes, the entire surface is conductive. It is recommended to wear latex gloves to help prevent accidental above-the-waist contact. This is only necessary when the power source is turned on.
These are adjustable Electrodes. They can be trimmed to provide a better fit. In order to trim these Electrodes, simply pull the tubing on one side away from the brass connection point and cut off the excess conductive tubing. Then simply reconnect the tubing to the brass connection point. Make sure to leave enough tubing to properly apply the Electrodes. DO NOT trim unless you have first assured that it is necessary.
It is recommended to shave the area where the Tubular Base Ring is applied in order to ensure proper contact and reduce the possibility of hot spots.
Lubrication:
PES recommends the use of a lubricant with all PES Electrodes. Lubricant not only lubricates but also decreases the possibility of hot spots. We recommend PES ElectroLube (Item #PES075). You can also use Olive Oil. Water-based lubricants, such as Medi-Pak Perfomance Sterile Jelly, can be used in the event that you do not have either ElectroLube or Olive Oil. Make sure the lubricant you are using is a water-based lubricant with no silicone ingredients. Never use petroleum jelly or mineral oil as lubricant as these can damage the electrodes.
Caution: Do not use lubricants with silicone ingredients. Silicone is an insulator which greatly affects conductivity, and can chemically bond to the products made from Electro-Flex™ when applied over a long period of time. This will cause the apparatus to cease to function properly, and may void the warranty on the Electro-Flex™ line.
Cleaning:
These Electrodes can be washed with soap and water (a 10% bleach, 90% water solution with a mild liquid soap also works), but do not soak or scrub. Make sure to wash off all fluids and rinse the Electrode thoroughly. Allow it to dry completely. For disinfection; if you plan to use the electrodes for shared usage; we recommend the use of Swiss Navy Toy & Body Cleanser. Swiss Navy is safe for use on the skin as well as the electrode. It is anti-viral, anti-fungal, & anti-bacterial. Allow to dry completely before use.
