LUBRICATION

P.E.S., Inc. recommends the use of a proper lubricant with all P.E.S. Electrodes (see lubrication chart below).

A good Lubricant not only lubricates but also decreases the possibility of hot spots. We recommend P.E.S. ElectroLube, but you can also use Olive Oil with most of the Electrodes. While Olive Oil does not increase the conductivity, it does smooth the sensation and will not dry out as quickly as most other lubes.

You can also adjust and balance the Erotic Electro Stimulation by simply applying more or less P.E.S. ElectroLube to the skin beneath an Electrode. Water-based lubricants, such as Sterile Lubricating Jelly can be used in the event that you do not have either ElectroLube or Olive Oil.

Make sure the lubricant you are using is a water-based lubricant with no silicone ingredients. Silicone is an insulator and can reduce conductivity. Silicone-based lubricants, when used with any silicone product such as our Electro-Flex™, will bond to the product and undermine the composition of the product. Not only will silicone lubricants affect the conductivity of the Electrode, but it may eventually lose all conductive properties. This will void any warranty, expressed or implied, on the Electro-Flex™ product line.

NOTE: When using the Sparkler or Big Boy Sparkler, Corona w/ Urethral Amplifier, Deep Throat w/ Slim Jim, or Deep Throat w/ Big Jim for urethral insertion it is strongly recommended Sterile Lubricant.

Note: DO NOT use any silicone-based lubricants. Silicone is an insulator, and therefore, reduces conductivity. The use of any silicone-based, glycerin-based, or mineral oil-based lubricants is strongly discouraged as they can damage the Electrodes and interfere with proper Erotic Electro Stimulation.
